All Paws Terms and conditions 2024
· All clients will be deemed to have accepted All Paws terms and conditions (as laid out here) upon signature of the contract.
· ◦ All paws hold 2 separate Public Liability Insurance and Home Boarding License 5-star rating with West Northants Council. Copies available upon request and are on display.
· ◦ A £25 per dog, per stay non-refundable holding fee will be required upon booking your dog in with All paws. If for any reason you need to cancel the booking, please contact All paws as soon as possible. As you can imagine it’s almost impossible to fill your dogs place at short notice, a minimum of 2 weeks is required if you need to cancel, or a late cancellation fee will be sent to you. Final payment needs to be paid at least 2 weeks before your dogs stay.
· ◦ All day care and walks need to be paid for at the beginning of each week and at least 48 hours notice is required if you need to cancel. Full payment will be required if cancelling at short notice.
· ◦ Any dogs staying during a bank holiday will have an extra charge on top of the usual day fee.
· ◦ I (the customer) must provide all items necessary for dogs to be adequately cared for in the client’s absence. You agree to supply sufficient food for the duration of your dog's board. All dogs will wear an All-Paws tag during their stay disclosing the name and phone number for All paws. All Paws may use their own leads and harnesses if it is deemed safer. We DO NOT use flexi leads.
· ◦ I (the customer) must provide All Paws with the name and contact number of someone capable of making a decision relating to the dog(s) in an emergency. If the contact is not available All Paws reserves the right to consult with the veterinary surgeon, and then make a decision which is in the best interests of the animal, as per the Veterinary Consent Form.
· ◦ I (the customer) are responsible for any veterinary bills, no matter how they are incurred, whilst pets are in the care of All Paws. I have signed the Veterinary Consent on the booking in form.
· ◦ I (the customer) undertake that I have made a full and complete disclosure about my dog's characteristic. All Paws must be alerted to any behavioural problems with their dogs. Behaviour such as territory scent marking within the home, anti-social behaviour, aggression towards other dogs, excessive whining or barking, dogs displaying extreme anxiety, tendency to run away or escape from home, incontinence/lack of house training, destructive behaviour inside and outside the house, if full transparency of dogs behaviour is not disclosed then this may result in bookings being cancelled.
· ◦ It is recommended that clients have their own full pet insurance cover.
· ◦ All Paws will care for your animal as you would, and they will receive the best care possible when staying with All Paws. whilst we will make every effort to ensure your pet is well looked after in your absence, All Paws will only be held liable if we are found to be negligent for any loss, accident, injury or death to a dog either inside or outside of the home whilst in our care.
· ◦ I (the customer) understand that any medication and supplements to be given with full information of how to be given and when, full written instructions provided on booking in form.
· ◦ I understand that All Paws are not veterinary trained but have the relevant first aid training. We will endeavour to administer medication to the best of our abilities. I confirm my dog’s vaccinations are up to date and my dog has been treated for fleas with a prescribed flea treatment and wormed prior to admittance. Vaccinations must be completed at least 4 weeks before boarding and copies of vaccination certificates to be kept for their records. Kennel cough is recommended but not essential.
· ◦ All Paws accept bookings for unspayed bitches; however, we must be informed when you believe your dog is due into season and if your dog shows signs of being in season prior to starting their holiday. If the dog comes into season whilst boarding with All paws, then the dog will be isolated from the other boarding dogs but will be able interact with All paws resident dogs. Dogs in season will not be walked outside of All Paws.
· ◦ All paws have the right to decline un-neutered males and will be up to our discretion upon vetting whether we accept them or not. (entire males) Unless they are under 1 years old and haven’t hit full maturity yet.
· ◦ I (the customer) consent that my dog(s) will be mixed boarded with dogs from other households. I understand that my dog will be living, socialising and playing with other dogs and may return home with playful scratches from these activities. All boarding dogs are vetted by All Paws before they are booked in.
· ◦ All Paws are happy to exercise dog(s) off their leads in a safe environment however the attached Off Lead Walking Agreement and Waiver Form must be signed. I confirm that the information provided on the attached Dog Information Form is correct.
· ◦ All Paws requires all dogs to be microchipped in accordance with the Microchipping of Dogs regulations 2015.
· ◦ All Paws accepts payment by bank transfer to All Paws Business account and cash only. If you return from your holiday early, no refund will be given for early pick up.
· ◦ Cancelling walks or daycare will require at least 24 hours notice, minimum. The night before is not acceptable to cancel, and payment will not be refunded.
· ◦ Each home boarding booking will require a holding fee of £25 per dog per booking. This will be paid at the time of booking in and will be deducted from the final payment. If for any reason you decide to move or cancel your booking, this will not be refunded. I can not carry forward any holding fees to another booking.
· ◦ If for any reason we (all paws) have to cancel bookings, walks etc you will be refunded.
· ◦ Phone calls, updates and messages will be sent between our working hours, Unless your dog is staying with us and there is a need for both parties to communicate. We will get back to you but in a timely manner. Sundays is a day for family and friends and down time, therefore I’ll reply to messages etc on the following workday. if your dog(s) are in the our care we will endeavour to ensure that we keep you informed about them with regular updates. Please accept that we are busy and taking care of the dogs is paramount. Therefore we may not be available to reply back to you straight away, please be patient.
· ◦ Our work day is from 7:30am to 6:30pm. Drop off for all dogs are in the mornings starting from 7:30am and pick ups are in the afternoons, and no later than 6:30pm. Lateness: we have to be strict with drop offs and pick ups. Please be on time. As we may have others scheduled in. Or we may have appointments to attend ourselves. We ask if you can communicate with us if the unexpected happens and you’re running late. As you may have to wait until we have another available time for you to arrive.
· ◦ I (the customer) consent that images taken of my dogs whilst here may be used on our Website and social media pages, unless you specifically request us not to do so.
· ◦ By signing the All Paws Terms and Conditions, I confirm that I have read and agree to All Paws Privacy Policy on their website and that I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions herewith.. **No customers to turn up unannounced**
